These terms cover video podcast production by Edge Within Productions, run by Mat Davenport, a sole trader in the Northern Rivers, NSW, Australia (ABN 80 950 408 759). Prices are on the Creators and Business pages, in AUD. I'm not registered for GST.

Payment

• Every booking takes a 50% deposit to lock the shoot day, with the balance due when your files are ready to deliver.
• You can also pay in full up front. Creator Sessions booked through the pay links are paid in full, so no balance is due later.

Revisions

• Every package (Creator Session, Full Episode, Series and monthly plan): 2 rounds of revisions per episode.
• Extra revision rounds, or work outside the agreed scope, are A$125 an hour.

Rescheduling and cancellation

• Each booking includes one free reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.
• If you cancel or move a shoot with less than 48 hours' notice, the 50% deposit is kept.
• If you paid in full up front (for example, a Creator Session) and cancel or move with less than 48 hours' notice, I keep 50%, the same as the deposit, and the rest can go toward one rebooking within 3 months.
• Moves for weather are always free.
• If I cancel, you get a full refund.

Travel

On location means within 50km of Byron Bay. Beyond that I travel anywhere in Australia, with travel quoted per job.

Who owns the content

You own the final files I deliver. Use them on your own channels however you like. Running them as paid ads adds 25%, unless your package already includes paid ad usage.

Portfolio use

I may show short excerpts of work I make for you in my portfolio and on my own channels. If you'd rather I didn't, just tell me and I won't. I won't use anything you've marked as private or sensitive, and you can ask for your work to be taken out of my portfolio at any time.
